- All winners will receive a cash voucher with a medals, and certificate by *31 July 2025.
- All runner-ups will receive a medal, and printed certificate by *31 July 2025.
- Digital certificates are available for all participants; please download them from the tab above.
- Dear Winners, kindly send your address, copy of school identity card and one passport size color photo copy on [support@edtechplatform.net] to avail prizes.
- Decision of the organizer in this regard shall be final and cannot be questioned.
- Judging Criteria: Clearly state the criteria used for judging the submissions, such as creativity, technique, originality, and adherence to the theme. Explain that the judging process was conducted objectively and impartially.
- Disqualification and Voiding Results: State that the organizers reserve the right to disqualify any entry or void the results if fraudulent or unethical practices are discovered after the announcement.
- Intellectual Property: Remind participants that by submitting their artwork, they grant the organizers certain rights to use and display their work in connection with the competition, such as publishing the winning entries.
