- Please write your Reg. UID# at the top/bottom right corner of the drawing paper before uploading.
- Drawing tools: Draw in free hand with any type of pencil, paint, pastel colors etc.
- Artwork sizes : A5 / A4 / A3 / white postcard
- You can submit a only 1 artwork per registration
- Upload file formats – *Image only
- Please be sure that the drawing has been drawn personally (kids only) and has not been published in other newspapers, magazines or digital media/platform.
- Drawings with text (such as posters) will disqualify for the contest.
- Parents/Guardian may help for uploading final copy on our platform
- We reserves the rights to cancel or amend all or any part of the contest and/or the Terms and Conditions. However, any changes to the Terms and Conditions or cancellation of the contest, will be updated/ posted on the platform.
- Decision of the Organizers in this regard shall be final and cannot be questioned.
- Discovery/detection/noticing of use of any unfair/spurious means/ malpractices including but not limited to impersonation, double participation etc. during the participation in the quiz will result in the participation being declared null and void and hence, rejected.
- Each group will have one winner who will receive a medal, cash vouchers, and certificates.
- Each group will have the privilege of honoring two runners-up with medals and certificates.
- Every participant will be granted digital certificates for their involvement.
- Additional perks and offers will be decided based on registration entries.
- We will create a dedicated banner for shortlisted candidates.

Themes are announced above, covering topics like nature, culture, social issues, and creativity. Allowed materials may include pencils, crayons, watercolors, and sometimes digital tools, depending on the competition guidelines.
Yes, up to three (3) artworks on different topics can be submitted under the same group.
Drawings are evaluated based on applied age, creativity, originality, technique, composition, and relevance to the theme.
