Refund Policy

Services purchased are eligible for a full refund within the first 3 working days of the date of purchase (date of purchase can be found on your purchase confirmation e-mail or ticket #). We apply refunds to the tender it was purchased with.

We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We’ll work with you to make sure you’re taken care of, but from time to time we may not be able to accommodate a refund.

Your order confirmation e-mail or order number helps us locate your purchase the fastest. If you don’t have an order confirmation e-mail or order number, we should be able to find the purchase in other ways, but we may ask you for more information so we can better assist with your request.

Available Refund Types:
Depending on the nature of the purchase and eligibility, refunds will be processed through one of the following methods:

Credit Note – Can be used for future purchases within 6 months
Account Transfer – Refund to the bank account (bank / UPI)
eCash Voucher – Redeemable for eligible services or products within 1 month
Service Extension – Additional validity or access period for subscription-based services1

    1. Full Name
    2. Order Number / Transaction Reference
    3. Product or Service Purchased
    4. Preferred Refund Type (subject to eligibility)
    5. Reason for Refund Request

    Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7-10 business days.
